From order to receipt
- Review the product, quantity, delivery fee, estimated delivery date and seller’s return terms. Accept the seller quote to create an order.
- Click Pay Now. Check the company account, exact total and order reference. Use the order reference in your transfer narration.
- After transferring, click I Have Paid. Your order shows Payment awaiting confirmation. WhatsApp opens to +234 803 056 7787 with your order reference and amount. Tap Send to reach our team. No receipt upload is required.
- Staff confirms the actual bank credit. Clicking the button or sending a message does not by itself confirm payment. Once verified, your receipt appears in your shopping account.
- Use the same WhatsApp conversation for delivery arrangements and updates. Confirm receipt only after receiving and checking the goods.
Buyer and seller protections
- Traceable orders: the order reference connects the product, quoted total, payment record and support conversation.
- Payment checks: staff records a unique bank transaction reference. The same credit cannot be used to confirm two orders.
- Member sellers: listings are restricted to active cooperative members and reviewed before publication. Membership or listing approval does not prove that every BVN, NIN or facial check is complete.
- Delivery issues: report non-delivery, damage, a wrong item or a disputed payment to Obit with your order reference. Preserve the packaging, messages and any available photos. Our team reviews the payment and delivery evidence with both sides.
- Refund or replacement requests: ask Obit support to review the order and applicable return terms. A request is not an automatic refund approval. This does not remove any rights available under applicable law.
What SafePay currently provides
This checkout provides company bank-transfer collection, staff verification, a payment receipt and order support. It is not a bank or an independently licensed payment gateway. A dedicated escrow account, legally agreed release conditions and automatic seller settlement have not been established by this checkout. We do not describe an ordinary company bank transfer as a guaranteed escrow deposit.
Identity checks support accountability. They do not guarantee product quality, delivery or a refund. Do not send your BVN, NIN, PIN, password or OTP through WhatsApp.
